The proposed staff training should be attended by the key staff and any number of appropriate staff who will be using the relevant course areas within their day-to-day tasks. Staff training is provided close to the end of the implementation when the solution has been setup, configured and data migrated. This allows Info Tech to provide the client staff with training using relevant and recognisable data, increasing retention and understanding. Info Tech always create a tailored training program that will be most effective for the staff and their current level of system understanding.
Info Tech can also assist in facilitating the creation of a user manual specific to the client particular business processes. Post training this provides staff with step by step instructions with relevant screen shots. The development of this can be discussed further in the project.
We recommend staff training, self training tutorials and appropriate sample transaction testing should be successfully completed by the client before going live with the new system.
